18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. At least on unruptured intracranial aneurysm that is untreated and confirmed by imaging: Computed tomography angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA); 3. No relevant symptom, and received conservative treatment; 4. Agree to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients had associated cerebrovascular malformation, such as arteriovenous malformation and arteriovenous fistula, or intracranial tumor; 2. Fusiform or dissecting aneurysm; 3. Traumatic, bacterial or atrium myxomas aneurysm; 4. Systematic connective tissue disease, such as polycystic kidney; 5. Patients with other diseases or poor general condition who are expected to survive less than 3 year; 6. Patients who refused follow-up, or was unable to communicate because of severe mental illness; 7. Pregnancy patients or joined other similar research.
