Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary PTMC: (1) the pathological report indicated that the nodule was a thyroid microcarcinoma; (2) nodule diameter is less than 1cm; (3) the lesion did not invade the thyroid capsule or the external thyroid tissue; (4) no imaging confirmed lymph node metastasis; (5) no history of neck radiation exposure Recurrent PTC: (1) pathological report indicated that the nodule was PTC (recurrent); (2) surgical or ablation treatment history, difficult or refused to re-surgical treatment (3) no imaging confirmed lymph node metastasis; (4) no history of neck radiation exposure. Thyroid benign tumor: (1) pathological report indicated that the nodule was benign follicular epithelial hyperplasia; (2) symptoms of tumor compression; (3) aesthetic effect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) other types of thyroid cancer confirmed by pathology or combined with other types of thyroid cancer; (2) imaging confirmed cervical lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis; (3) pregnancy; (4) severe heart, liver, kidney and other functional failure; (5) coagulation dysfunction and bleeding tendency; (6) history of cardiac pacemaker implantation.
