Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. paitients with staghorn calculi undergoing MPCNL; 2. aged >=18 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 lithotripsy was aborted because of pyonephrosis found in the renal collecting system; 2 anomalous kidneys or a history of open interventions to the ipsilateral kidney; 3 patients undergoing bilateral MPCNL, or MPCNL simultaneously combined with other surgery.
