Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children were diagnosed as cholestatic infant hepatitis syndrome in the Department of Gastroenterology, Children's Hospital, Chongqing Medical University,from September 2019 to September 2020. 2. The guardian voluntarily agreed to join the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding the following causes of cholestatic IHS: intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct and liver interstitial dysplasia (including intrahepatic bile duct deficiencies, neonatal sclerosing cholangitis, extrahepatic biliary atresia, choledochal cyst, biliary tract syndrome, etc.); Others such as blood system diseases, poisoning or long-term use of parenteral nutrition caused by jaundice.
