20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective colectomy with ASA I-III, aged 20-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bradycardia and atrioventricular block; 2. Patients with hypotension; 3. Patients with bronchial asthma and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Disagree with or fail to cooperate test.
