50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged >= 50 years, male and female; 2) Definite diagnosis of herpes zoster neuropain; 3) Unilateral nerve involvement; 4) Received at least one treatment, pain control is not ideal, vas >= 4; 5) Patients were willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Symptoms of cognitive impairment or inability to express subjective discomfort; 2) Infection at the puncture site; 3) Coagulation disorders; 4) Anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy that cannot be temporarily stopped; 5) Patients with other serious diseases (including heart, liver, kidney and other organs, immune disorders); 6) Pregnant women; 7) Combined with malignant tumors.
