Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. single pregnancy; 2. gestational age of delivery 34.0-40.6 weeks; 3. card establishment and labor examination and delivery in our hospital, with complete medical history data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) used corticosteroids after ultrasound examination and before delivery; (2) congenital malformation or chromosomal abnormality of the fetus; (3) neonatal septicemia, umbilical cord blood pH value < 7, heart failure, symptomatic anemia (hemoglobin <12 mg/dL), postpartum diagnosis of meconium inhalation, neonatal structural malformation or chromosomal abnormalities.
