Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 normal vision and color vision; 2 aged 18 to 60 years; 3 subjects voluntarily participate and sign informed consent. 4 patients who received PCNL surgery in our hospital, who had no serious complications during and after the operation, who did not need stage II surgery, and who had indwailed renal fistula and urinary tube after the operation; 5 there were no blood transfusion products during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 severe disturbance of consciousness; 2 unable to cooperate with nursing; 3 patients with severe cardiovascular disease, any malignancy, autoimmune disease, abnormal liver function (1.5 times of the upper limit of normal AST or ALT or increased bilirubin), abnormal coagulation function, and hemorrhagic disease.
