Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus and diabetic retinopathy, aged 20 to 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus and other types of diabetes mellitus; 2. Acute complications of diabetes such as ketoacidosis and hyperosmotic coma; 3. Glaucoma, macular edema and other eye diseases; 4. Received anti-angiogenesis drugs such as bevacizumab and lanimazumab; 5. Accept lipid-lowering drugs such as statins and beta, and antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin; 6. Systemic infection after severe trauma; 7. connective tissue disease; 8. Autoimmune diseases; 9. Infectious diseases such as hepatitis A and hepatitis B; 10. Have a history of malignant tumors; 11. Serious history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 12. Severe hepatorenal insufficiency (ALT > 3 times the normal value, eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2).
