40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-70 years; 2. Voluntary participation in lumbar DXA, QCT and MRI examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal bone metabolism, such as hyperparathyroid, diabetes, Cushing's syndrome, renal bone malnutrition, etc.; 2. Take drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as corticosteroids, calcitonin, vitamin D, bisphosphonates, etc.; 3. History of malignant tumor after radiation therapy or chemotherapy; 4. Stay in bed for more than 1 week; 5. Severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases or long-term use of antipsychotics; 6. People with claustrophobia, pacemaker implantation or other causes who can not undergo an MRI examination.
