Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged over 65 years; elective colorectal surgery; preoperative chest CT scan or DR imaging examination, transabdominal colorectal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency operation; incomplete pulmonary imaging data; severe preoperative cardiopulmonary insufficiency (such as old myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, respiratory failure, acute pneumonia), severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
