Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal examination; 2. voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent; 3. aged 18 to 70 years, male of female; 4. have a certain cognitive ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal obstruction, stenosis; 2. abdominal surgery (including gynecological surgery, appendix surgery, laparoscopic surgery, etc.); 3. pregnancy and lactation; 4. contraindications for colonoscopy; 5. previous inflammatory bowel disease; 6. failed to regulate intestinal preparation.
