18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged at least 18 years; 2. X - ray showed horizontal impacted teeth; 3. the patient consented to the trial; 4. no allergic history of steroidal drugs; 5. no analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or nursing; 2. with other serious diseases include liver, kidney, and cardiovascular disease; 3. contraindicated the use of Cox-2 inhibitors 4. ulcers or bleeding in the digestive tract; 5. unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms; 6. caries or periapical periodontitis, periodontal disease with adjacent teeth.
