Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are diagonosed of heart failure; 2. Patients are classified in NYHA class II-IV; 3. Patients have one or more fluid overload symptoms such as swelling of arms or legs, cough, feeling bloated, problems with urination, lack of energy,sweats, difficulty sleeping, dry mouth, shortness of breath,difficulty breathing when lying flat; 4. Patients are more than 18 years old; 5. Patients are able to understand inform consent,willing to participant the study and able to follow up for 3 months after the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have artificial limb; 2. Patients have severe diseases such as liver or renal failure or cancer; 3. Pregnant woman; 4. Patients had a cardiac surgery in currently 3 months or plan to have a cardiac surgery; 5. Patients are in end-stage heart failure.
