Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 75 years who underwent colonoscopy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University signed a colonoscopy consent form and informed consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation; 2) Severe acute intestinal infection; 3)Toxic megacolon; 4) Consciousness disorder; 5) Allergy to the drug ingredients; 6)Inability to swallow autonomously (nasogastric tube may be useful in this case); 7)Ileostomy; 8)Pregnancy; 9) Peritonitis; 10) Taking other laxatives within one week before examination; 11) Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases and electrolyte disorders; 12) Currently participating in other clinical studies.
