Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glioma patients diagnosed with GBM according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for glioma. The ECOG score is 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to sign informed consent and volunteer to complete the experimenter.
