Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university ICU (including comprehensive ICU and specialized ICU), emergency department patients; 2. Aged > 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. terminal diseases; 2. Neurological and neurosurgical diseases.
