Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of mild cognitive impairment group (MCI) : 1. Patients in the memory clinic of Beijing Luhe Hospital complained of memory loss, and confirmed by others that there was no metal implant, pacemaker, etc. 2. Education above 8 years, aged >= 65 years. 3. Montreal cognitive evaluation scale (MoCA) is less than 26 points. 4. Simple mental state examination (MMSE) between 24 and 26 points. 5. The Hachinski ischemia index scale (HIS) was less than 4 points. 6. Hamilton depression scale (hamd-17) score less than 7. 7. Clinical dementia scale (CDR) = 0.5; 8. Daily behavioral ability is not significantly affected, and the instrumental daily living ability scale (IADL) is greater than or equal to 16 points. 9. Pet-name ruby right-handed. 10. Attend with no history of mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history that may affect cognition was investigated, excluding cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, malnutrition, long-term diarrhea, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, carbon monoxide poisoning, craniocerebral trauma, alcoholism, etc..
