20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the subject consent form; 2. Aged between 20 and 45 years old; 3. Weight classification: obese (27~35 kg/m2) and normal BMI (18.5~24kg / m2); 4. The dominant hand is the right hand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The body has steel nails or pregnant; 2. Have nervous system diseases or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Related diseases (such as coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke) are not suitable for strenuous exercise.
