Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Breast cancer: 1. Obtaining informed consent; 2. Did not receive any chemotherapy, surgery or drug treatment before collecting clinical data; 3. Female, unilateral and primary patients undergoing radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Kidney cancer: 1. Obtaining informed consent; 2. Did not receive any chemotherapy, surgery or drug treatment before collecting clinical data; 3. Patients undergoing radical nephrectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Breast cancer 1. Patients with a history of autoimmune diseases, current infection or immunomodulatory drug therapy; 2. Patients with unstable mental state or mental illness, including anxiety and depression. Kidney cancer: 1. Patients with a history of autoimmune diseases, current infection or immunomodulatory drug therapy; 2. Patients with unstable mental state or mental illness, including anxiety and depression.
