50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elective patients with internal carotid endarterectomy; 2. patients are conscious of ASA I~III; 3. Aged 50 to 90 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who refuse to participate in the trial; 2. EF <30% of severe heart failure; 3. people with mental illness; 4. history of craniocerebral surgery; 5. patients with a history of stroke cerebral infarction; 6. communication obstacles; 7. patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
