Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracic surgery need general anesthesia with double lumen tube intubation, ASA I-II, Aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the history of severe cardiovascular diseases, bleeding tendency, mass in oral cavity, OSASH and radiotherapy on throat will not include in the study.
