Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 5-90 years; (2) non-neuropsychology professionals; (3) elderly subjects (>, 60 years old) received 24 points in MMSE > evaluation and 0 points in CDR evaluation of dementia severity (no cognitive dysfunction); (4) sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson's disease or Parkinson's syndrome, huntington's disease, hydrocephalus, progressive suprarenuclear paralysis, syphilis or HIV infection, brain tumor, subdural hematoma, multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, brain injury and transient ischemic attack; (2) history of neurological diseases; mental disorders include primary affective disorder or major depression, schizophrenia, alcoholism or other substance abuse; (3) anemia, hypothyroidism, syphilis or HIV infection, vitamin B12 or folate deficiency; (4) visual and auditory impairment and learning impairment; (5) poor control of malignant tumors, hypertension and diabetes.
