18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged >18 years old; 2) live in their household for more than 6 months before the investigation; 3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindication for endoscopy; 2) Women who are pregnant; 3) currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy; 4) unable to participate because of critical illness, disability or hospitalization; 5) Antibiotic or probiotics use within the past one month; 6) Proton pump inhibitors use with the past one month.
