Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged 45-75 years; 2 Meet the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese cerebral small vessel disease in 2015: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), T2 weighted imaging and fluid attenuated inversion recovery (fluid attenuated inversion recovery, FLAIR) high white matter symmetry signal, Fazekas score >= 2 and at least one lacunar infarction (non-responsible lesion); 3 Patients with stable blood pressure (100-160/60-100mmHg); 4 Agree to systematic cognition And exercise function evaluation, can understand the therapist or instrument instructions, and can complete the required actions. 5 Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Have visual, understanding dysfunction or other reasons, can not cooperate with the trainer; 2 Other reasons for white matter high signal, such as multiple sclerosis, metabolic or toxic encephalopathy, infection, etc.; 3 Possible cardiogenic embolism; 4 Other reasons Caused by balance and gait abnormalities, such as bone and joint diseases, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, infectious neurological diseases, etc.; 5 Severe bone and joint disease and joint muscle pain, affecting the active.
