Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I -II Aged 18 to 65 years; Patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery under general anesthesia,time of operation>2h; Body mass index (BMI): 18 ~ 24 kg/m2; Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
