Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The resident population registered in the Shanghai household registration or street, aged 18-70, male or female; (2) Type 2 diabetes patients included in community management and signed with family doctors; (3) Patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with retinopathy; (4) Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic or old fundus diseases before diabetes; (2) The average glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) was over 9% in the past 6 months; (3) Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is under 30 (ml/min/1.73m2); (4) Patients who use insulin; (5) Those who are severe smokers or alcoholics; (6) Patients with chronic liver disease or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (7) Patients with serious diseases such as malignant tumors; (8) Pregnant women or lactating women; (9) Those who have had anti-oxidation treatment or participated in similar trials in the past 3 months; (10) Other situations that the investigator thinks it inappropriate to participate in the trials.
