Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old; 2. check-in ICU >=3 days; 3. no mental illness or nervous system disease before hospitalization; 4. normal sleep before admission; 5. consciousness is clear, can cooperate with questionnaire survey; 6. understand the situation of this study and participate voluntarily; 7. The diagnosis includes at least one well-diagnosed severe cardiovascular disease, including the following common diseases: acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction within 1 week of onset, recent recurrent high-risk unstable angina or non-ST-segment elevation High-grade myocardial infarction, acute large or sub-large area pulmonary embolism within 1 week of onset, fulminant myocarditis within 1 week of onset, acute aortic dissection within 1 week of onset, persistent ventricular tachycardia, cardiopulmonary resuscitation Within 1 week after operation, severe complications occurred within 1 week after coronary intervention, and 1 week after cardiac surgery with severe complications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women or lactation; 2. coma or disturbance of consciousness when entering the ICU; 3. dying patients; 4. the condition improved and no need to stay in the ICU during the study; 5. the condition is aggravated and the sleep assessment cannot be performed; 6. have a mental disorder and have a history of neuropsychiatric diseases; 7. hearing impairment, low vision,unable to speak.
