Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for craniocerebral injury. 3. It conforms to the TCM diagnostic criteria of craniocerebral injury and the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes of phlegm heat and mental obstruction. 4. Acute stage: less than 2 weeks from onset, convalescent stage: 2 weeks to 6 months from onset; 5. The GCS score was less than 15; 6. Patients or family members agree to participate in the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Encephalopathy caused by stroke, brain tumors, cerebral parasitic diseases, cerebral arteriovenous malformations, blood system diseases, etc.; 2. Complicated with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, patient with mental disorders; 4. Digestive tract diseases, such as anal sphincter relaxation, hemorrhoids, rectal cancer, fistula, anal fissure, intestinal necrosis or perforation, and those allergic to this medicine.
