Dexmedetomidine group:Dexmedetomidine was used for 72 hours postoperatively
Normal saline group:Normal saline was applied for 72 hours after operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Arterial angiography obstruction greater than 2mm intracranial >= 70%; 3. Patients with cerebral vascular stenosis are expected to receive endovascular treatment; 4. MRS 2 or less; 5. Dexmedetomidine was approved by the interventional neurologist and anesthesiologist.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following will be excluded from this study: 1. Imaging examination could not determine whether there was infarction and vascular obstruction; 2. Intracranial hemorrhage; 3. Known allergy to analgesics or sedatives (including dexmedetomidine); 4. Coma on admission (Glasgow coma scores less than 8 points); 5. NIHSS is less than 10 points; 6. Agitation or epilepsy at admission; 7. Loss of airway protective reflex and/or vomiting; 8. Endotracheal intubation was performed before treatment on admission; 9. Known allergy to anesthetics or analgesics.
