Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (all 6 should be met) : 1 Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed according to WHO standards in 1999; 2 Premixed insulin treatment regimen (yusilin 30R/ ganshulin 40/60) failed to reach the standard (HbA1c failed to reach > for 3 months); 3 7.5% =19 and <=35 kg/m2; 6 Able to understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to complete this study in strict accordance with the clinical trial protocol, and willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (excluded if one of them meets) : 1 Type 2 diabetic patients with tolerance to metformin; 2 Compliance with the study drug 2 times normal value or alanine aminotransferase > 2 times normal value and/or total bilirubin > 2 times normal value, and confirmed by reexamination within 3 days; Fasting triglyceride > 5.64mmol/L (500mg/dl); Serum creatinine exceeds the upper limit of the normal range; Thyroid stimulating hormone exceeds the upper limit of normal value and has clinical signi
