Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical and pathological diagnosis: juvenile xanthogranuloma or xanthomatosis; 2. Stable vital signs; 3. Subjects or guardians agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 4. Aged juvenile xanthogranuloma <12 years old; Xanthomatosis <70 years old; There is no limitation on the gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe allergies or infections were found in the skin lesions of the disease in this study; 2. Allergic to the study medicine; 3. Patients who have been treated with oral lipid-lowering drugs in the past three months; 4. Have precancerous skin lesions; 5. Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients who are lactating, pregnant or have potential pregnancy during treatment and refuse to use contraception; 7. unable to adhere to treatment; 8. Enroll in any other clinical trial.
