Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 T2DM patients diagnosed by WHO criteria(1999); 2 no changes in hypoglycemic drugs and insulin in the first half month of enrollment; 3 age 40-80 years; 4 regular defecator; 5 clear consciousness, can communicate normally; 6 volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 fasting blood glucose >= 16.7mmol/L; 2 regular consumption of nuts or yogurt >= 4d/w; 3 eating a lot of vegetables (> 2 kg /d); 4 take antibiotics, laxatives or other gastrointestinal medicines for nearly 3 months; 5 in nearly 3 weeks to eat products containing bifidobacteria, lactobacillus, prebiotics; 6 people who are allergic to food (especially nuts) or in other dietary treatments; 7 Obese patients (BMI>=28kg/m2); 8 GLP-1 agonist or DPP-IV inhibitor; 9 taking glucocorticoids and hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism; 10 less teeth chewing difficulties; 11 heart, brain, liver, kidney primary disease patients or patients with malignant tumor cachexia; 12 digestive disorders, has serious gallbladder, and pancreas disease; 13 history of gastrointestinal surgery; 14 high uric acid hematic disease; 15 to participate in a number of researchers at the same time.
