20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20-80 years; (2) Meets WHO Diabetes and Diabetes Foot Diagnostic Criteria and reaches Wagner Grade 2 or above (including Level 2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with hyperthyroidism, parathyroidism, adrenal hyperfunction, hyperprolactinemia, acromegaly. (2) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction. (3) Patients with renal osteopathy complicated by nephrotic syndrome. (4) Patients with bone marrow disease and leukemia. (5) Those who take glucocorticoids and anti-osteoporosis drugs. (6) Pregnancy or preparation for pregnancy, lactating women.
