Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years (calculated on the day of signing informed consent); 2. Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by histopathology and/or cytology 1) Progress in surgical and/or local treatment 3. Child-Pugh liver function rating: A-B; 4. ECOG was 0-1; 5. BCLC staging: B/C; 6. Planning to use apatinib alone or in combination with other treatments; 7. Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Exclude the contraindications of anti-angiogenesis drugs: 1) Those with hypertension who cannot be controlled by antihypertensive drugs; 2) Urinary routine showed protein positive ++; 3) There are many factors affecting oral medication (inability to swallow, chronic diarrhea and intestinal obstruction, etc.). 4) Abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency, such as active ulcer foci, fecal occult blood (++), etc. 5) Grade 3-4 cardiac insufficiency (NYHA standard); 6) Severe hepatorenal insufficiency (grade 4). 3. According to the judgement of the researcher, there are concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the patient's safety or affect the patient's completion of the study. 4. The life expectancy is less than 3 months.
