Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Elective radical resection of colorectal cancer and gynecological malignant tumor by da Vinci robot; 2 ASA grade I ~ II; 3 Aged > 18 years; 4 BMI 18.5 to 25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Preoperative infection; 2 Severe arrhythmias / atrial fibrillation; 3 Colloid allergies; 4 Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal dysfunction; 5 The amount of blood lost during operation was more than that of 1000ml; 6 Those who refuse to sign informed consent; 7 Emergency surgery; 8 The operation time is less than 2 hours.
