first step:group one:Simple sufentanil
first step:group two:inject Butophanol and sufentanil in the same time
first step:group three:inject Butophanol before sufentanil in two minute
first step:group four:inject Butophanol before sufentanil in five minute
second step:group one:inject saline before sufentanil
second step:group two:inject 0.2mg Butophanol before sufentanil
second step:group three:inject 0.5mg Butophanol before sufentanil
second step:group four:inject 1mg Butophanol before sufentanil

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia (BMI 18~24 kg/m2), ASA score I-II, gender-free, aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long-term smoking history, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis and asthma and other airway hyperresponsive diseases, upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks; high intracranial pressure, high intraocular pressure, pulmonary bullae; aneurysm; application of vascular tension Invertase inhibitor or angiotensin receptor inhibitor; severe cardiovascular disease; liver and kidney dysfunction.
