Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 60 years, ASA1-2, gynecological laparotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to dexmedetomidine, cardiac bradycardia, motion sickness, take painkiller for a long time.
