Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rotterdam Criteria (2003): (1) oligoovulation and/or anovulation; (2) excess androgen activity; (3) polycystic ovaries (gynecologic ultrasound show the number of follicles which have diameters in 2-9mm in one or both ovaries more than 12). PCOS can be diagnosed if any 2 out of 3 criteria are met; 2. Aged between 18 ang 40 years; 3. BMI=24kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to glucophage and liraglutide; 2. Type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Significant cardiovascular, kidney, or liver disease; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Take any antidiabetic, antihypertensives, lipid-lowering drugs or hormone medicine recently; 6. Congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, Tumors that secretes androgen.
