18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years; 2) ASA I-III; 3) BMI:19-29 kg/m2; 4) Patients undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to participate in this study; 2) Neurological,;cognitive or psychiatric disorders, including strokes with speech disorders, dementia, and schizophrenia, or any condition that makes meaningful postoperative visits impossible; 3) Cardiovascular disease: defined as low-output heart failure with a preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction <30%, active coronary artery disease, severe valvular heart disease with shortness of breath, symptomatic arrhythmia, pacemaker rhythm Abnormal or AICD placement; 4) Pulmonary diseases: COPD requires home oxygen therapy, severe asthma requires steroid treatment or uncontrollable steroids, other lung diseases that require home oxygen therapy; 5) Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C and above); 6) Severe renal dysfunction (requires renal replacement therapy); 7) Severe skeletal muscle diseases such as muscle atrophy.
