Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ARM is diagnosed at birth. According to the Krichenbeck classification, patient belongs to recto-bulbar fistula, rectoprostatic fistula, rectovesical fistula, anal atresia (no fistula) or rectovaginal fistula. According to the Wingspread classification, patient belongs to ARM at medium or high level; 2.An informed consent was obtained from the children's legal guardian before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Conditions not suitable for laparoscopic surgery: general anesthesia untolerance, coagulation disorder, severe abdominal adhesion or intestinal obstruction; 2. Combined with severe cardiovascular, hepatic, nephritic or hemopoietic diseases.
