Group A:block with20ml saline
Group B:block with 20ml 0.375% ropivacaine
Group C:block with 20ml 0.375% ropivacaine and 0.5ug/kg dexmedetomidine

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 70 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists I–II, scheduled for selective thoracoscopic lobectomy, BMI < 30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients allergic to local anesthetics; (2) patients with local infection at puncture point; (3) coagulation dysfunction; (4) history of chronic pain; (5) recent use of opioids; (6) patients with mental disorders, can not cooperate to complete the study.
