Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients were diagnosed with definite unilateral or bilateral meniere's disease according to the diagnostic criteria of Meniere's disease formulated by Barany association in 2015. 2) The disease was in active phase, with fluctuating hearing and frequent vertigo attacks. In the latest three months, the average monthly vertigo attacks were more than 2. 3) Age and gender: gender is not limited; age is between 18 and 60 years old; liver and kidney function is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Aatients with cerebellar horn tumor or other intracranial space-occupying lesions shown in the internal auditory canal. 2) Exclude other vertigo diseases, such as posterior ischemia, vestibular migraine, BPPV, etc.. 3) Contraindications on the use of drugs. 4) May be confused with other diseases. 5) Pregnant and lactating women, and women considering pregnancy during the trial.
