18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~40-year-old parturient woman who has been pregnant for more than 32 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA IV, V, E; 2. BMI>28 before pregnancy; 3. gained more than 20kg of weight during pregnancy; 4. suffere varicose veins, coagulation disorders, maternal anemia or maternal hypertension; 5. refuse to cooperate; 6. with contraindication to epidural analgesia and receive more than two attempts to place the catheter (left lateral position group and right lateral position group); 7. contraindication to MRI scan (MRI scan group).
