Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Before the rash, there are mild symptoms such as mild fatigue, low fever, loss of appetite, sensation of burning or neuralgia. It has obvious pain sensitivity, but it can also have no prodromal symptoms. 2. The diseased skin appears clustered with group blisters, and the peripheral nerves along one side are banded. 3. There may be obvious neuralgia, which may be dull pain, convulsion or migraine, often accompanied by burning sensation, mostly paroxysmal, or persistent with local lymphadenopathy. 4. Effective for targeted treatment with herpes zoster 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to II 6. Signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other body or local infections such as fever. 2. Sympathetic system diseases. 3. by drug or other physical therapy. 4. Mental illness. 5. Misdiagnosed (angina, intercostal neuralgia, gallstones, cholecystitis, appendicitis, etc.). 6. Other diseases (contact dermatitis, erysipelas, insect bite dermatitis, impetigo, bullous pemphigoid, etc.). 7. Follow-up treatment to exclude herpes zoster diagnoses.
