18 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with type 2 diabetes and has been diagnosed more than 3 months; (2) At least 18 years old; (3) Living in the current community for more than 6 months; (4) Be willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Had serious complications of diabetes; (2) Had dementia or mental disorder, and cannot cooperate with researchers; (3) Had other serious disease, such as advanced cancer. (4) were Participating in other similar study.
