Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Relapsed refractory DLBCL patients: 1. Recurrence: refers to the first chemotherapy after complete remission (CR) recurrence after 3 months 2. Refractory: refers to induction of chemotherapy failure or early (within 3 months) progression or repeated chemotherapy failed to obtain CR. Diagnosis can be achieved by satisfying any of the following: (1) 4 cycles of chemotherapy with standard regimen, tumor shrinkage <50% or disease progression; (2) standard chemotherapy CR, but recurrence within half a year; (3) 2 times after CR or More than 2 recurrences; (4) recurrence after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Tumor specimens that can be genetically tested can be obtained after relapse or refractory conditions; 3. The patient has an evaluable lesion; 4. Expected to survive for more than 3 months.
