Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Newly dignosed AML patients with t(8;21); (2) Those without serious damage to heart, lung liver and kidney; (3) The predictive survival time is longer than 2 months; (4) Those volunteer to participate in this study with imforned consent signature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with serious damage to heart, lung liver and kidney; (2) The case was assayed to have some other things not suitable to participate this study.
