Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective Pancreatoduodenectomy, Aged 60 to 85 years, ASA II-III,18<= BMI <=30, education level is primary school and above, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or cognitive function tends to decline in recent one year; 2. Sensitivity to parecoxib sodium for injection or other NSAIDs or sulfonamides; 3. Patients with active gastrointestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Patients with congestive heart failure (NYHA II-IV); 5. Patients with identified ischemic heart disease, peripheral arteries and/or brain vascular diseases; 6. Patients with severe liver function impairment (serum albumin = 10); 7. Pregnancy or breast-feeding patients; 8. Patients with severe mental illness, taking sedative or antidepressant drugs, drug or alcohol abuse or used NSAIDs one day before operation; 9. Patients with communication disorders.
