Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were diagnosed as cirrhosis with reference to the 2015 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B and the unified standard proposed by Anthony; 2. Gastricoscopy assessment of severe varicose veins (evaluation criteria refer to the 2015 version of cirrhotic portal hypertension esophagogastric varices bleeding diagnosis and treatment expert consensus).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of active bleeding (hematemesis, faecal disease history, and endoscopic Found oozing, spurting blood, thrombus head); 2. CT or MRI, histopathology and other tests confirmed cirrhosis with liver cancer or histopathology confirmed the presence of gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer and other malignant tumors; 3. Patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome; 4. Cirrhosis with systemic erythema Patients with inflammatory bowel disease such as lupus, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis; 5. Cirrhosis with blood system; 6. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 7. A history of hepatic brain disease.
